Lenz & Associates provides advocacy for children with disabilities or alleged disabilities. We focus on the child. Our unique approach is that we wish to work cooperatively with parents and the local school to develop the best possible plan for the child. Our approach is not adversarial.
Lenz & Associates has worked with both school districts and private attorneys in due process cases. Most advocates are experienced only on one side of a request for due process.
Lenz & Associates have certification in regular elementary and secondary education, special education, school psychology, social work, school administration, Special Education Director, Principal, Superintendent and Business Manager. We are able to speak the "language of the educational professional" from every aspect.
Lenz & Associates have some associates with disabilities and some associates have children with disabilities.
Our associates can accompany parents to conferences and staffings.
